MIX DESIGN : The Fiori Batch Controller is a real and true on board computer that saves multiple recipes for making concrete using different components that can be memorized. In addition, it is able to guide the operator when preparing the mix design, ensuring highly accurate dosing, a high degree of homogeneity in the materials, and very strong concrete.

The extremely reduced distance (in time and space) separating the component site from the pouring site, together with the availability of the required amount of cement at the right time, make it possible to maximize productivity on the building site.

CERTIFICABILITY: The equipment on the CBV includes a sophisticated dosing system, instantaneous and final checks on the quality of the concrete, including a proportional indication of the obtainable SLUMP.
