Senior Sales and Service Engineer

Job Summary

Responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the sales activities of the company. Identifies business opportunities, develops customer relationships, prepares technical proposals and tenders, and ensures successful closing of sales contracts. Provides technical product knowledge to customers and supports the commercial team in achieving sales targets.

Detail Duties and Responsibility

    • Plan and participate in sales activities of the company.
    • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products to existing and prospective customers.
    • Lead the preparation of technical tender documents to participate in bids.
    • Prepare sales contracts and proposals.
    • Talk with customers to assess equipment needs and determine system requirements.
    • Secure and renew sales orders and arrange delivery.
    • Plan and modify products to meet customer requirements.
    • Help in researching and developing new products based on market demand.
    • Provide technical product information and advice to customers and the internal sales staff.
    • Supervise and evaluate the activities of subordinates.
    • Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events to generate sales opportunities.
    • Take, process, and check orders for whole goods and spare parts.
    • Provide information to the company’s management regarding customers, orders, and market trends.
    • Maintain and manage technical documentation related to products and sales proposals.
    • Refer to technical documentation of imported items to support sales proposals.
    • Participate in product training from manufacturers to strengthen sales capability.
    • Replace colleagues when absent or when otherwise required.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
    • Communicate regularly with the Commercial Director to establish sales contracts and identify new sales opportunities.
    • Prepare monthly sales reports and market analysis.
    • Perform other sales-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
